Conduct a Project Development and Environmental Study (PD&E) to expand the roadway to four lanes with a raised median, utility improvements, closed drainage, curb and gutter, bike lanes and sidewalks.
The PD&E Study was completed in August 2018. The study was provided to the City for use in future improvements.
Collins Road will be further advanced in the future by the City of Jacksonville.
