Description

Design of at-grade intersection improvements at the intersections of Blanding Boulevard with Collins Road and 103rd Street. The intersection improvements will improve mobility and connectivity through the corridor while maintaining access to the surrounding neighborhoods and businesses.

This is a Design Only Project. This project is part of the Southwest phase of the First Coast Flyer (Bus Rapid Transit) system.

The project was funded for design only and the plans are complete. The plans have been provided to the Florida Department of Transportation for use in future improvements.

Benefits

The project will improve safety of pedestrians, bicyclists and motorists, reduce congestion, increase mobility and improve air quality.
